Sahan has been doing handyman work for over 20 years now. He has solid knowledge and understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. He is creative and passionate about his work, and has strong problem solving skills. He can be counted on to find the most effective way to fix the typical household damages or maintenance issues. Sahan has worked for the hospitality industry and many commercial buildings as a maintenance worker, which has further enhanced his skills and technological know-how. He is always ready with his tools to work with the team and deliver excellent results to the customer.

Opinder possesses a degree in Business Management (majoring in Finance) from NAIT and has been working as an customer service represtative with the company since 2020. She is highly outgoing and enjoys being around people. She is always determined to help others. She believes that there is value in collaboration and that “often two minds are better than one.” In her free time she loves reading books, practising good thoughts in her life, and spending quality time with her family and deriving inner peace from it.

Ruwan has been a tech and a painter for over 20 years now. He has extensive experience in doing interior and exterior painting projects for both commercial offices and residential homes. He is skilled in spray finishes and coatings as well as staining and shading interior and exterior surfaces. He is very meticulous and pays special attention to detail, and uses the highest quality paint products. In his spare time enjoys watching action movies.

Wasi has been in the hospitality and customer service industry over 30 years, managing housekeeping and maintenance departments. As departmental head of housekeeping, she had fostered a team worthy of being awarded with the Airline Hotels Champion Award in 2012. Wasi was also the recipient of the Alberta Hotel and Lodging Association’s Good Housekeeping award for seven consecutive years. She is a great asset to the company due to her extensive experience. Along with very good knowledge of the industry, she also possesses a keen eye for detail. She is contributing to a key part of our makeover program.

Ruby has completed a Bachelor of Arts in addition to a Diploma in Hospitality & Tourism. She has several years of experience in administration and customer service roles in India and Canada, and is highly passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. She, along with the manager, works to ensure high levels of organizational effectiveness and communication to ensure the smooth running of the office, and helps to improve company procedures and day-to-day operations.

Brij possesses a Management degree from Caesar Ritz College in Switzerland and holds an MBA from the University of Worchester, London, UK. He is the CEO of Brij Rathi Consultancy. Recently he has undertaken to expand his business operations to include repair and handyman services, hence Insta Handyman services was born. Brij leads the company’s operations with the utmost pride and places great value on superior customer service and customer satisfaction.

Dan is a licensed plumber with over 20 years of experience. He specializes in both residential and commercial plumbing systems and repairs. In his spare time Dan loves to spend time with his family and is currently writing a memoir based on his life’s unique experiences.

Tim has been in the trades for over 10 years now. His specialization is in carpentry and he has extensive experience in framing, trimming, finishing, and almost all aspects of interior and exterior home renovation. He places great emphasis on creating and customizing home and office features that are both functional and esthetically pleasing. During his spare time he enjoys playing volleyball and fishing.

Jonathan has been working as an electrician for over 10 years now, both in commercial offices as well as in residential homes. He is highly knowledgeable and conducts his work with special focus on safety and reliability. Jonathan is a local of Edmonton, and loves to travel in his spare time. He is married with one daughter, and has a cat and a dog.
